- Shipping & Delivery
All orders require 2-3 business days of processing time prior to shipping. If the order is processed before 12:00 pm PST, normally cleared orders* will be shipped out the same day. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).
Duplicators that need to be assembled and tested, please allow an additional 1-2 days lead-time for ALL shipping methods.
LSKMEDIA.com ships via FedEx Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air.
If you receive a damaged package, contact us at 1-877-898-9251. There is only a three day grace period once the item has been received. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 5-8 business days for processing. Orders shipped via USPS will require 3-5 business days to process.
A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. After receiving the tracking number, visit carrier Track Order page to track your package.
Once an order has been packaged and processed, we cannot modify any orders. We also cannnot re-route or modify any packages once the order has been shipped out.
- Return Policy
LIABILITY: Unless otherwise specified in writing all products sold, exchanged or transferred by ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES carry a supplier or Manufactures Warranty as outlined by the supplier or manufacturer of the product. ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES does not provide any warranty on the product or related labor or parts. The customer hereby agrees that ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES shall not be responsible for any liabilities relating to the product and arising out of sale, exchange or transfer of the product. The customer acknowledges and agrees that ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES is only providing a service to handle any warranty claims and shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages incurred by the customer.
RMA REQUESTS: Please submit all RMA request through our website www.alaskamiami.com. Fill all the information out requested and be very specific on the problem. RMA # will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the request. If there are any problems with the initial request, RMA Dept. will request additional information.
DOA: A request for RMA number must be submitted for the defective product within 15 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be received by ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES no later than 3 business days of local customers and 10 days for non-local customers, from the issuance of the RMA#. Any product received after this time will be processed as standard RMA product.
RMA: From 16 days past the invoice date to six months after the ship date, ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will return the product to the supplier or to the manufacturer for the customer. Any RMA product received by ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES within 30 days from the issuance of RMA# will void the RMA.
-Shipping: customer will pay all freight charges when returned all DOA or RMA products to ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES and ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will pay for return freight. Proper packaging materials should be used on return products. ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will refuse any improperly or unpacked products. The RMA # should be clearly marked on the box.
-Physical Damage: ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will not accept as RMA product any item that is physically damage.
-Defective Product: all defective claims will be verified and products tested only for the problem reported. If no specific problem is reported ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will only test defective product according to our general testing procedures. No replacement will be made on product not found to be defective. All items tested good will be returned to the customer.
-Software: has a limited warranty only. No software will be accepted back for credit that is open.
-Replacement items: in the event that a similar item to replace the defective product is not available. ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will provide a comparable substitute product.
-Credit: credit on a RMA product will be issued based upon the current market value on the product determined by ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES. Any credit balance issued can only de used toward the purchase of ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES product.
Return for Credit: ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will accept the return of new, unopened product for up to 7 days from de invoice date. These returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee No returns will be authorized after 7 days. ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES will not accept any product return for credit that is not sealed in the original manufacture’s package or that has any labels or writing other that of manufacturer. Customer will pay the freight charges on the return product. The Credit will be ALWAYS in another product, sold at ALASKA MEDIA & RELATED STORES show room, no cash back or refund in Credit Card.

Dvd’s and cd’s duplicators: It is against the law to make or distribute reproductions of copyrighted material for most purposes other than your own use. This machine is designed for you to make backup copy for personal use only. We respect the rights of artists and ask you do to the same.
Additional Terms and Conditions
This invoice agreement is made at Miami, Florida. The validity, and performance of this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, Miami Dade County, Florida, shall be the appropriate venue and jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes hereunder.
The parties agree that should it become necessary for any party hereto to commence litigation or bring an action against the other parties, to enforce the terms of this invoice or for breach of any of the terms of the invoice, the parties hereby agree that the prevailing party in an action to enforce this invoice agreement shall be awarded attorneys fees and costs.
Finance charges will be assessed at rate of 2.5% of the monthly balance on invoices not made on or before the due date $30.00 fee will be charged on all return checks.
The terms and conditions of this invoice agreement may not be superseded, modified, or amended except in writing which states that it is a modification, and is signed by an authorized representative of each party hereto.
